Policies

We thoroughly scoop your backyard, bag the poop, and dispose of it. We will text you when we are on the way, when we arrive, and when we are done.You don't need to be home for us to scoop! As long as your dogs are inside and your yard is accessible, we can scoop.

What We Need from You

All dogs should be secured in the house before or upon our arrival. Gates should be unlocked, or you can provide us with the key or combination.

Inclement Weather

In the event of rain or bad weather, we make every effort to reschedule scoops. If that is not possible, cleanups will be postponed according to availability. 

Inaccessible Backyards

If your dogs are left in your yard, your gate is locked, or your backyard is inaccessible and you are not there for us to coordinate with, your scoop will be postponed until the following week.

Grass Height

Pet waste removal is a service that is difficult to do in grass that has not been mowed or maintained. Customers understand that we will do our best to remove all pet waste every time we come, however, if your grass is tall or your scheduled lawn maintenance has not been completed, we may not be able to get all the pet waste present until our next scheduled scoop after your grass has been mowed.

Cancellations

We know things come up, both for our customers and ourselves. Cancellations or rescheduled scoops should be communicated as soon as possible so we can do everything possible to make sure your yard gets taken care of.

Pricing

Our pricing is fixed and non-negotiable. Rates are standard, and any changes will be communicated beforehand. Prices may change over time.

Payment

Customers can choose to pay per visit or upfront. We accept Cash, Check, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Payment policies may change as the business progresses.

Refusal of Service and Contract Termination

Doggone Clean reserves the right to refuse service to any potential customers for any reason. Customers who choose to pay weekly should notify us via text message or email at least 48 hours before their next scheduled scoop that they wish to discontinue service so we can adjust our route accordingly. Customers who choose to pay monthly should let us know that they wish to discontinue service at least 48 hours before the first day of the month after their last month of service.
